Theatre Peckham will deliver topical / literacy-linked workshops through drama and musical theatre practices. The workshops will include Speech and Voice techniques, delivered in a fun and engaging way in direct relation to the focus of this year’s Festival. Technical elements will include the five common (local) speech faults identified through Theatre Peckham’s bespoke training programme created with Central School of Speech and Drama. The content will encompass a topical issue or curriculum-linked focus for the children to engage with. Theatre Peckham will work with primary and secondary school children, delivering age appropriate workshops.

Duration: Workshops 1.5 hours

Number of participants: Up to 25 participants in each class

Dates: Workshops available throughout the Festival (Monday 7 November – Friday 2 December)

One workshop available to eight schools (primary and secondary schools)
