In the Autumn Term Activ-8 were commissioned by STEP to work with two schools in Southwark on a Shakespeare project. We adapted ‘Macbeth’ for two casts, one Primary and one Secondary and we rehearsed for ten weeks in both schools. This was a challenging but amazing process and we really couldn’t have pulled it off without the help of SCAS! Maggie was like a saviour – nothing was too much trouble and she helped me find costumes that identified the double cast Macbeths and Lady Macbeths as one character and even hand-made tabards for Macbeth's soldiers and provided superb emblems for tabards that ACTiv-8 provided for the soldiers in Macduff’s army.

I cannot recommend strongly enough that you make use of SCAS – it is a hidden gem; a treasure trove readily available to all schools in Southwark!
